Our Client In Pretoria Dealing With Air And Pneumatic Tools, Requires The Services Of a Senior Semi Skilled Team Leader / Technician. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Fulfill The Following Functions
- Complete Dialy Administration
- Be able to complete performance reviews
- Establish where more training or upskilling is required for staff members.
- Manage all Junior Technicians
- Must be motivated
- Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management
- Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations
- Ensure company targets are met in respect of the quality of parts produced
- Ensure a safe working environment exists for self and colleagues, ensuring all health, safety environmental, and quality management procedures are followed and achieve the companys and departmental KPI targets
- Write reports and present progress at project meetings
Minimum Requirements- Qualified Technician
- A clear understanding of Electrical and mechanical components
- At least 4 years experience
- Able to manage a team
- Great with administration
- Clear Credit and Criminal Record
