Summary
Our client a passionate Renewable Energy contributor is looking for a Service Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the Customer Service, Field Service and Logistics Department.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinates travel bookings for the Service Team
- Schedule Service Assignments
- Prepares Service Sales quotes, including spare part, field service & inverter exchange quotations and issues invoices to customers
- Processing of customer orders, coordinating the delivery with the Logistics Department and ensuring accurate invoicing
- Follow-up on Outstanding payments liaising with the Accounts Department
- Responsible for continuous improvement process and optimizes processes where necessary
- Calculating shipping costs for Service Sales quotation
- National Diploma or Business Admin Degree
- 3 years experience in a support admin function
- Must be proficient in SAP, Salesforce and MS Office
