Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 / N4
- Advantageous: Administration Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a workshop environment with strong administrative experience.
- Experience as Hino Service Advisor would be advantages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan effectively
- Good customer service orientation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Commercial or retail mindset
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer satisfaction and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Workshop Planning: Oversee workshop utilization capacity and ensure smooth operations.
- Invoicing & Claims: Prepare retail and internal invoicing and manage claims efficiently.
- Job Card Management: Open, process, and monitor job cards for repairs, maintenance, and service. Communication & Liaison: Act as the main contact between customers and Volvo, ensuring accurate information transfer.
- Workshop Support: Assist Technicians with VSTs & RSTs, manage workshop administration, and maintain the maintenance parts store.
