Well established Motor Dealership requires the services of a Service Advisor to join their team ASAP. Preferably candidates aged between 30 and 45 years.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Fully bilingual
Must have 3-5 years' experience as a Dealership Service Advisor
Kerridge or Automate Dealer Management System literacy
Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
Specific Brand experience pertaining to this Client such as Chrysler, Jeep & Mitsubishi
Must have contactable references
Must be able to do upselling and achieve targets
Customer Service Orientated and Attention to detail
Team work
Ability to work under pressure
Passion for service
Excellent communication skills
Professional Telephone etiquette skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Salary: Basic of R6000 p/m + excellent commission, Provident Fund, Medical Aid and Bonus
