Criteria:
- National diploma
- Advanced MS Excel working knowledge and experience
- Experience in working in the Automotive Industry
- Literate on Autoline / Kerridge / automate
- 8 years service advisor experience
- Create job cards and PDI job cards, edit vehicle details,
- correct mileage, check for authorization
- Assist with Warranty job cards
- Troubleshoot errors on job cards, reopen
- Assist with various Dealer Management Solutions (DMS)
- Assist with adding technicians and creating work bays
- Setting efficiencies and work hours for technicians
