Service Advisor (PE)

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining high service levels, co ordinating service partners.
  • Booking of service calls.
  • Scheduling and closing of service calls daily and providing feedback.
  • Briefing and debriefing of service partners.
  • Maintaining a 4-day turnaround time.
  • Running progress reports daily.
  • Running of technician inventories and counting stock.
  • Improving customer satisfaction by calling customers.
  • Processing of service exchanges.
  • Co ordinating deliveries of service exchanges.
  • Selling and counting and maintaining service exchange data base
Minimum Requirements
  • Applicants with Matric,
  • SAP experience will be advantageous
  • Excel and Microsoft word is essential
Required Skills
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to complete tasks in high pace environments
  • Ability to handle pressure
