Requirements
- Grade 12
- Certificate / Diploma in related industry (advantageous)
- 2 years experience in service industry (ideal)
- Daily control and follow up on all routes services to ensure services stays up to date.
- Plan routines accordingly when faced with holidays to ensure that all services stay up to date.
- Liaising with and or supplying services to clients to keep them informed of scheduled visits.
- Updating routing of clients when changes are required.
- Supervise and assisting with loading and offloading of vehicles as well as checking paperwork and stock match and signing off on checks done.
- Managing of fuel cards, petrol slips on weekly basis. All slips to be accounted for.
- Managing of weekly vehicle checklists.
