Hirsch’s is looking for a vibrant, dynamic, responsible service and spares consultants for our branch in Milnerton.
Job responsibilities:
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
- Ensure goods are completed in good time.
- Daily feedback with service providers.
- Provide customers with progress reports.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12.
- 2-3 years previous experience.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills- verbal and written.
- Listening skills.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Data collection and ordering.
