Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach & grow a high-performing post-sales technical team
- Oversee project delivery across implementation, professional, and managed services
- Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and retention
- Establish and refine service processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product teams
- Maintain compliance with vendor standards and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years in service delivery/post-sales, with 2+ years in leadership
- Cybersecurity or IT distribution experience is a strong plus
- Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile) advantageous
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
