Service Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic leader to drive delivery excellence, manage a top-tier technical team, and ensure exceptional customer success across implementation, support, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach & grow a high-performing post-sales technical team
  • Oversee project delivery across implementation, professional, and managed services
  • Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and retention
  • Establish and refine service processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product teams
  • Maintain compliance with vendor standards and certifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years in service delivery/post-sales, with 2+ years in leadership
  • Cybersecurity or IT distribution experience is a strong plus
  • Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile) advantageous
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
