Japanese service agent

Our client is looking for a Japanese Service Agent in South Africa/Cape Town

Fully Remote (must be based in South Africa with a Valid ID)

R25 000 per month

Monday to Friday

Work with Japanese Clients

Shifts are 01:00 am to 10;00 AM

Purpose of Role

The purpose of this position is to assist in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors,

suppliers and vendors but being the first point of contact for our client.

• Min 12 months customer care

• Ability to multi-task between communication channels (chat inbound and outbound) Multi-Screen Navigation.

• English (Clear well-articulated)
