This is a full time role for a Construction Manager located on-site in Pretoria. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include managing the construction team, monitoring project progress, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring construction safety standards are met, and handling project documentation. The Construction Manager will also be in charge of budgeting and project control.
Supervisory and Construction Management skills
Experience in Budgeting and Project Control
- Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous experience in construction and project management is a plus
