What will I do as a Shift Leader?
- Open and close the store and ensure the store is safe and legal
- Provide outstanding, friendly and helpful service across all areas of the store, removing barriers and creating moments that matter for our customers
- Support and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and availability across the departments
- Supports colleagues to follow guidelines to stock effectively to maximise sales, minimise waste
About You
What do I need to be a successful Shift Leader?
- Ability to use own initiative to resolve problems
- Ability to effectively coordinate colleagues, delegating and re-deploying where required
- Ability to use a range of equipment around the store that is required for your role
- Ability to complete a mixture of physical activities (e.g., standing, walking, pushing, pulling, stretching)
- Strong communication skills
