N.D. Eng.(Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation) or Trade Tested Millwright/ Fitter & Turner/ Electrician/ Refrigeration Tech.; Comp. Lit.. Must have ability to work independently/ as part of a team/ have excellent mechanical/ technical / troubleshooting/ problem-solving skills. Must have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance/ repairs/ projects in a frozen dough/ bread/flour confectionery production/ packing factory. Experience with PLC/ SCADA/ other industrial control systems recommended. Must assist with predictive/ preventive maintenance activities/ scheduled maintenance and equipment inspections/ perform routine maintenance/ repairs/ trouble-shooting on equipment and facilities to ensure efficient operation. Must identify/ resolve equipment issues, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems/ calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and quality/ assist with installation/ commissioning of new equipment and facilities. Must collaborates with Production team to minimise downtime and ensure equipment availability.
