A Game lodge in the Dundee area is seeking a Shift Manager to join their team.
The Applicant must have a valid drivers licence , Traceable references and be of sober habits.
Management of Breakfast team and Early resturant service
Standby for the Late Manager in his absence
Assistance in Functions and Banqueting.
Resturant Management experience will be favoured.However is not a pre requisite.
