Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have a relevant qualification
- Must have completed the Regulatory Examinations
- Must have 3 – 5 Years’ Experience within the corporate compliance environment
- Must have knowledge of FICA, FAIS & relevant, legislation & rules
- Must have previous experience within the financial services industry
Key Performance Areas:
- Reviewing, registering and resolving complaints received from clients
- Maintain the key individual / representative register
- Ensure compliance records are up to date
- Reviewing and resolving Fit and Proper queries
- Administration of contracts and agreements
- Monitor the binder and outsourced agreements
- Maintain the compliance procedures and manuals
- Conducting and reporting on branch audits
- Maintain a compliance framework in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Identify potential compliance breaches and investigate compliance irregularities or areas of concern
