Minimum of 2 years' experience with Mikrotik routers is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with: LAN, WAN, Fibre, Microwave and Wireless Network.
Overview of role
Daily monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Setup and configurations of internal and external firewalls.
Layer 2 device support and configuration.
ISP services implementation and configuration.
VOIP Tier 2 support and reporting.
Network Access control management.
Tier 2 Support on user network devices.
Network security monitoring and reporting.
Escalation of tickets.
Marked related salary, including company contributions to medical aid, provident fund and a 13th cheque
