An already established constructions company involved in the construction of residential / commercial buildings, roads, bridges, etc. is in need of a site foreman/supervisor to start immediately.
Job responsibilities:
- To oversee manufacture of pre-cast concrete elements, including columns, walls, beams for a large shopping centre.
- Ordering.
- Manage materials.
- Paperwork and reporting.
Job requirements:
- Commercial/industrial concrete construction experience.
- Candidate should come from a foreman/supervisor background.
- Ability to manage teams and have strong administration and communication skills.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in concrete works.
- Establishment and equipment requirements.
- QA / QC.
- Must be able to read and understand drawings.
- Must have basic knowledge of Outlook.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong planning skills.
- Hands on experience.
