We are seeking a Junior Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to industry standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to support successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site laborers and construction teams
- Ensure consistent availability of materials and equipment
- Track construction budgets and expenditures
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Manager for daily activities
- Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Create and manage work schedules
- Comply with industry standards and safety protocols
- Update management on on-site progress
- Conduct safety inspections at the site
- Compile and present detailed site reports
- 1-3 years experience as a Junior Site Supervisor or in a similar finishing role
- Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations
- Basic knowledge of safety practices for construction sites
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Effective leadership skills
- Experience with construction tools and equipment
