Skills Trainer at Famous Brands

To deliver world-class training within the Brand, and to ensure the culture, ethics, core values as well as standards and procedures are conveyed to all new and existing Franchisees and their staff
Perform administrative work as and when required
Assist in ensuring that Training Restaurants subscribe to the standards required for training
Provide daily feedback to the BTM on previous day's activities
Assist with the FOH and BOH workshops
Facilitate and present MDP and TDP lectures
Assist Trainers with Skills Assessments and documentation thereof
Provide in-store Training and Refresher Training
Support Franchise Managers with in-store training when requested by Operations Manager and Training Manager.
Do store visits to assist Trainees with practicals whilst training. These store visits will encompass working hours as per operating times of specific restaurant
Assist with Store Openings
Mark evaluations for MDP and TDP
Ensure that MDP and TDP results are forwarded to BTM for entry into the database
Assist in updating all training manuals TDP or MDP with relevant information
Updating training status on SharePoint
Keep updated with Brand requirements and specifications
Follow up post opening of new restaurants on the status and do refresher training where required
Have monthly feedback meetings with the Operations Team in terms of status per outlet
Compile monthly training calendar and schedule appointments accordingly
Liaise with Administrator to make accommodation/travel bookings and follow up on vouchers to ensure travel is booked correctly
