Ventura Corp in Sandton is looking for a dynamic entrepreneur to lead a new start-up on behalf of their head office based in Hong Kong. Ventura Corp have recently developed unique shade and shelter products ideal for the global festival, event and outdoor industries.

As the lead of this business, the following will be required of you:

Product Knowledge: Develop intrinsic knowledge of the fabrication and manufacturing of these products through our factories in Asia along with customisable design briefs and installation knowledge.

Market Research: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences is important for adapting sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Lead Global Sales: through target market research, lead generation, prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations and deal closing.

Marketing and Brand Development: Manage all marketing activities, digital strategy, brand development and global exhibits.

Customer Relationship Management: End to end customer relationship management and after sales support.

Continuous Learning and Improvement: Staying updated on industry developments, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve sales performance.

Hospitality/outdoor/festival/rentals/shade work experience preferable

Remuneration

Basic salary is negotiable based on experience
