Our client is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the financial landscape of their organisation, ensuring the efficient management of budgets, fostering compliance with funders, and driving financial excellence across their network of partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Franchise Managers for program budgeting and implementation plans.
- Compile income, opex, and capex budgets.
- Analyze and resolve abnormal items in franchisor budgets.
- Prepare budget presentations for leadership.
- Coordinate and facilitate franchisor financial management.
- Review and approve monthly payment submissions.
- Process invoices and authorize payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
- Assist in preparing regular franchisor performance reports.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting for funder proposals.
- Manage and account for all funds.
- Track incoming payments against funder commitments.
- Prepare financial information for timely reporting to funders.
- Manage audits and address findings.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and requirements.
- Manage and develop team members.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding.
- CA (SA) / CIMA / ACCA qualification (or AGA).
- Min. 5 years post-article experience (or ~10 years for AGA).
- Min. 3 years of management experience.

- Cost/Project Accounting experience.
- Experience with Sage Intacct.
