Financial Controller

A leading manufacturer and distributor of extremely very well known, and premier, food brands, is looking for a hands - on Financial Controller. The position is based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, and ideally calls for a young, newly qualified CA or CGMA, who is looking to make that step into a commercial environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversight of accounting transactions, and reconciliations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, annual management reporting packs
• Forecasting and budgeting.
• Drive and streamline internal controls and processes
• Assist with Audit preparation, and AFS preparation
• SARS compliance (VAT; PAYE; Income Tax).

Desired Qualifications And Experience

• You will be a newly qualified CA(SA), or CGMA.
• With 0 to 2 years post articles experience.
• Hands - on; strong team player; learning orientation.
• Strong initiative, and happy to deal with varied tasks as they arise.

Salary

R450, 000.00 - R600, 000.00 per year
