Key Responsibilities:
- Capture short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, stories) daily
- Film team activities, listings, client interactions, events, and office culture
- Edit content using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere or Canva
- Upload and label content into a structured Content Bank for weekly use
- Work collaboratively with agents and the marketing team to produce trend-driven and evergreen content
- Occasionally assist on larger video shoots (property, events, interviews)
- Proficient with smartphone camera and editing tools
- Strong eye for trends and storytelling
- Energetic, proactive, and confident filming people in the moment
- Ability to work independently and produce consistently
- Experience with real estate or lifestyle content a strong advantage
