Primary Responsibilities:
- You will be leading a team of Social Specialists, servicing some of the biggest brands in the SA.
- Driving excellence and quality within Social.
You will be required to:
- Work with the digital strategic planners on developing overall Social strategies
- Carry out Research using Social Tools to establish relevant Paid Strategies & Targeting Strategies
- Understand the clients overall digital strategy and the role that Social would play in the media mix.
- Present Strategies and Research both internally and to the client.
- Have a sound understanding of Google Analytics and data, as well as website tagging & Analytics set up, & interpreting trends into strategy and research.
- Supply digital audit information when required
- Assist in the preparation of digital competitive analysis
- Working closely with the Agency Delivery Managers to ensure agency satisfaction and agency KPIs are met In addition to managing relationships
- Leadership qualities to grow and support the entire Social Specialists.
- Ability to train and raise the standard of Social Specialists
- 5-8 years of proven and extensive experience in Social
- 2+ years Management experience (advantageous) General Skills required but not limited to:-
- Client Facing
- Social Platform Certified & drives team certification
- Experience with large budgets and blue-chip client accounts
- Experienced in Google Analytics
- Experienced with Ecommerce/Cost Per Acquisition Strategies
- Self-Motivated and Organized with a keen eye for detail
