Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Midrand for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, managing social platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement. The role will require collaboration with the marketing team to establish and promote the institute's brand presence and drive audience growth. Additional tasks include ensuring consistent messaging and fostering meaningful interaction with the online community.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage with online audiences
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy tailored for social platforms
- Proficiency in analyzing social media performance metrics and implementing improvements
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate ideas effectively
- Proficiency in using social media tools and platforms
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with education and community development initiatives is a plus
