In this role, youll use the Sprinklr tool to engage with customers, address service queries, handle complaints, and promote brand initiatives. Youll help create memorable experiences and ensure all interactions are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with our customer service standards.
What You Need
- Grade 12 (or NQF Level 4)
- 12 years customer-facing experience (call centre or social media support)
- Proficiency in social media platforms for business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
