Upmarket Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a Sommelier to act as their wine expert and who can do wine pairings. Responsibilities will include recommending wine varieties to guests, supervising wine serving and collaborating with wine suppliers to renew the selections and achieve better prices. To be qualified for this role, you should have 2+ years relevant experience as a sommelier. Formal training would be beneficial.
