Sous Chef position available with A la Carte Restaurant in Benoni. Candidates must have 2+ years cheffing experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen procedures. Must be able to work and function in a very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management beneficial. Sous chef experience required. Must have contactable references.
