We require a Sous Chef who has worked as a Sous Chef in a busy restaurant for a minimum of 2 years experience
Suitable candidate must be strong in managing the Pass
Good quality control
Good with stock control
Must have managed a team of chefs
Must be able to start ASAP
Must live in the surrounding areas of Simons Town
