Spa Receptionist with Somatology diploma.
Willing to do Spa Treatments on busy days.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Spa industry.
Duties include:
- answering the telephone
- taking accurate messages
- welcoming client
- guest house check-in
- scheduling appointments
- notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors
- administrative duties
- back up therapist on days of group bookings
