Core Description

Deliver marketing communication plans that support the overarching business objectives and the annual brand strategy. Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives with the input and feedback from all internal team verticals (i.e., Segment, Product, Retail, Digital, Social and CVM). Interact regularly with Brand agency partner and generate Above-The-Line marketing assets that will increase Telkoms brand salience and sales.

Job Responsibilities

Implement Strategy
  • Develop marketing tactics and metrics that support the businesss commercial imperatives and brand health Brand and campaign management.
  • Brief, manage and deliver effective brand communication that are in line with brand strategy.
  • Develop campaign playbook (with messaging and look & feel) and ensure that there is alignment across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Maintain all brand related campaign elements (including budgets, content usages, timelines, approvals, and feedback).
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Go-To-Market communication plans (i.e. post campaign analysis reporting).
Stakeholder management

(External)
  • Brief and manage brand agency outputs.
  • Ensure integration amongst agencies.
(Internal)
  • Communicate and interface regularly with team verticals.
  • Present marketing initiatives and obtain input from project team stakeholders and senior management.
  • Align with Sponsorships, Consumer PR and GTM teams to leverage their activities for upliftment of brand health.
  • Champion the alignment and presentation of all marketing initiatives for CMO feedback and approval.

Additional Information

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualifications preferably in Commerce/ Media/ Marketing/ Sales.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising agency and or media experience.
