We are currently looking for an steel fabricator / welder on a fulltime basis for an immediate start with an established company based in Johannesburg.
Job requirements:
- Ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings.
- Fabricating - will involve cutting steel to size etc.
- This will be a workshop based role, working in mixed teams with other fabricators and Welders and using various workshop machinery.
- Experience in welding is essential, but if you have experience such as aluminium and stainless then this will be beneficial.
- Experience working from drawings to fabricate elements such as railings, balustrades, gates, sheet metal work and bespoke metal work etc. This is a vital part of the role.
