- Investigate and ensure corrective actions for reasons why items end up in block stock
- Perform bin audits daily after goods receipt of shipments
- Perform stock counts (cycle, wall to wall /etc.)
- Run reports to ascertain available bins and free up as required
- Run reports and assign bins to stock without bin assignments
- Assist with PoE audits by providing required evidence for areas of responsibility
- Remove and dispose of parts as per service letter requirements
- Daily open stock order management
- Manage stock performance reports i.e. lead time management, surplus management, Parts Availability barometer and stock accuracy reports
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12.
- Qualification in Stock keeping, and stock control would be an advantage
- 3 years relevant warehouse/inventory experience
