Introduction

Assist the Development Manager and Store Development Manager in ensuring timeous openings of all new outlets / revamps / relocations and conversions . Assist the Development Manager in ensuring all franchise agreement and lease agreements run concurrently and are up to date . To provide support to our Franchise Partners timeously on development and new business queries
Job Description
- Track and maintain status records of potential sites
- Track and maintain status records of potential franchise partners
- Telephonic enquiries from prospective franchise partners
- Response to questionnaires submitted on website
- Liaison with prospective applicants
- Invites to franchise presentation
- Distribution of documents after presentation
- Processing of full application forms
- Conducting credit checks
- Filing and general admin
- Communicate and manage the process of document due dates for each project
- Ensure all design brief information is accurate and includes the required documentation
- Request and validation of quotes , assist with costing packs .
- Placing orders and co-ordinating with vendors and suppliers
- Follow up on delivery dates and deadlines that need to be met
- Overseeing the entire payment process between Franchise Partners and Contractors/Suppliers
- Accurate record keeping of invoices and payments to be saved in the Project Folder
- Manage COCs by ensuring they are received timeously and copies are saved in the Project Folder
- Following up on Council Plan approval and the relevant permits
- Franchise Partner Support with regards to store maintenance queries liaison between FPs and contractors when electrical, plumbing, painting, etc is required and is not part of an actual store build

- Computer Literate (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer)
- Degree/ Diploma in Management/Retail
- 3-5 year experience in a similar role
