Description of the role:
Please note that the Store Manager role is a permanent, full-time position. Operational demands will require flexibility with scheduling, including working most weekends, public holidays, and during the week as per business needs.To maintain this prestige, we require a stern and disciplined leader who can set boundaries and drive accountability.
The incoming manager must therefore be able to lead firmly, implement controls, and enforce discipline, while still fostering a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- Minium 3 years experience as a Retail Store Manager
- Willingness to work shifts.

- Operational Effectiveness – Adherence to standard operating procedure
- Financial effectiveness – Specifically referring to the control of variable expenses, GP production, sales etc.
- Customer service Delivery – Creating and ensuring a service culture in the store that guarantees the consistent delivery of excellent service by all.
