Key Responsibility Areas:
Selling/Sales.
Providing customer service.
Administration related to processing of sales transactions.
Handling of stock.
Deal with customer complaints.
Maintaining housekeeping standards.
Maintaining safety and security standards.
Opening and closing the shop.
Train and further develop employees.
Requirements: In order to apply, you must:
Have an excellent customer service orientation and enjoy dealing with people.
Have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Have a keen interest in retail and sales/selling.
Be available retail hours.
Be a committed team player.
Previous experience in a retail environment is a necessity
Females between the ages of 20 and 40 years will have preference
Some insight to marketing/ social media marketing
