Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance through KPIs (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visual standards).
- Achieve turnover targets and control expenses.

- Implement merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet customer demands.

- Manage risk within the store.
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years retail store management experience.
- Proven management experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
- Proven ability to drive sales and increase profit.
- Adaptability to diverse customers, situations, and fast-paced retail environments.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills .
