Job responsibilities:
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all customers.
- Coach, train and develop your team to perform in required standard as per the company.
- Ensure that store meets and exceeds targets.
- Maintaining and ordering of accessories.
- Maintaining customer database.
- Ensure cash ups are done.
- Ensure rosters are done and managed.
- Have buzz meetings every morning - motivate team.
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years experience in cellular sales environment.
- Must have worked in Vodacom at management level for at least 2 years.
- Must know systems C3D and M2.
- Must have excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
