Store manager is needed in Mall of Africa for top bookstore, Bargain Books in Midrand.
Job requirements:
- We are looking for a mature person with excellent leadership and mentorship skills who has been in retail with excellent customer service and sales skills.
- We need a strong manager who will train and lead a team of booksellers motivating them to reach the monthly store sales target.
- You need to be passionate about books and customer service keeping abreast of the best sellers and new products.
- Building strong relationships with the suppliers, customers and your team is key.
- Preference will be given to candidares who will add to the diversity of the organisation.
