Our client a leading retailer is looking for a store manager for their Sandton store.
Job responsibilities:
- Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets daily, weekly and monthly
- Controlling expenses
- People management
- Ensuring policies and procedures adhered to
- Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the company standard
- People management including recruitment development and training of staff employee relations & performance management
- Executing in-store merchandise/ visual strategy and standards
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Able to work mall trading hours/ travel and must be available on weekends
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum of 5 years Store Management experience in a large fashion retail
- Drivers licence
