Generic Objectives
- Maintain adequate levels of technical and non-technical stock.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of stock items and the use in Building maintenance.
- Ensure that the stock in the stores is secured and kept in an orderly and tidy fashion.
- Receive and issue stock in accordance with company procedure.
- Physical movement of stock, packing of store and issuing of stock.
- Conduct stock counts on a regular basis.
- Ensure that information about stock received and issued is captured accurately on the stock management system, critically the use of Infor EAM modules.
- Effective stock control in terms of capturing and issuing of parts and consumables to off-set shrinkage. This aspect will be measured by Stock Audits
- Provide feedback and critical observation to the Store Supervisor on daily issues and performance
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided and maintained.
- Adhere to the TFSs Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management Systems Policies and Procedures of as applicable to this position.

- Knowledge and understanding of technical operations and building maintenance.

- A tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- 2 years clerical experience in a technical environment or 2 years work as a Handyman or Artisan.
- Knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures.
- Computer Systems Skills - an experienced Infor EAM user.
- Computer Literate MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook).
