Warehouse activities (ensure no financial impact on the company by ensuring 100% accuracy)
· Participating in stock counts.
· Housekeeping and maintaining a high standard in the work area.
· Ensure correct documentation affixed to orders
· Assisting with operational activities as required.
· Taking responsibility in reporting all breakages, negligence, and damages to the company.
· Ad-hoc duties
Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
· Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
· Research, identify and prospect new potential customers.
· Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs or promote products.
· Increase revenue with current, new customers and new product technologies.
· Orders to be processed correctly and immediately upon receipt.
· Perform proficient computer literacy and communication skills.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 with exemption pass.
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years Electrical or related sales experience.
- Valid Driver's License
- Technical knowledge of Electrical products
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Sales and Marketing negotiation skills and application
