Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Maintenance Planner

Key Areas Of Impact

Stock keeping & Sorting

• Ensure delivered stock is sorted and placed in the correct bins provided
• Ensure tracking system is in place for accessibility of stock items
• Ensure all stock is logged on the SAP system

Administration

• Accept reservation orders from staff
• Print the reservation order and issue items to staff
• Ensure that the reservation order matched what was picked and sign off for on acceptance
• Create purchase requisitions to ensure sufficient stock values according to SAP min or max quantities
• Housekeeping - Ensure all stores are clean and neat at all time
• Sorting and filling of all completed reservations

Safety, Security and Environmental Effectiveness

• Adhere to all aspects of safety, security and health policies and procedures of the company
• Adhere to all housekeeping and PPE policies of the Woodstock factory
• Ensure that all work carried out is in a safe and effective manner

What It Takes To Succeed

Experience that set you up for success:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience within an Engineering stores, Warehouse or Supply Chain operations environment

Qualifications & Certifications That Will Contribute To Your Success

• Grade 12
• A completed National Qualification in a Stores and Warehousing field would be advantageous

Additional Requirements That Will Enhance Your Impact For Success

• Experience of working on SAP or ERP system
