- Assisting the Store Controller with all store Admin tasks;
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the stores and work areas;
- Assisting with daily and monthly stock takes;
- Receiving of packaging and ingredients from suppliers;
- Issuing of Stock to production and other departments;
- Maintaining 20 Keys/ HACCP / Risk Control;
- Ensure food safety controls and procedures are adhered to.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Matric / Store qualification;
- At least 3 years experience in-store store environment;
- Computer literate;
- Must be in possession of a Reach Truck & Forklift license;
- Fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal skills;
- Effective time management;
- Must be willing to work shifts;
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
