The main responsibilities is to receive and send spares/goods as needed, receive order on BPCS and keep important information updated on the computer. Must have at least 3 years experience in a maintenance environment.

- Matric/ Grade 12 or equivalent
- Official Stock Training
- At least 3 Years experience in a maintenance environment
- Computer Literacy
- Receive order on BPCS Keep important information updated on computer
- Receive and send spares/ goods as needed
- Assist in keeping Pragma information updated and functioning properly.
- Assist in problems solving regarding invoices and credit applications.
- Stock control in the lubrication, motor, pipe and general spares stores.
- Stock of critical spares.
- Correct assignment of stock.
- Availability of general spares
- Assist the maintenance planner with shutdowns and projects.
- Ensure that replacement spares specifications are same as original.
- Budget control.
- Communication between customer and supplier
