Stores Assistant

Oversee the stock movement and control of Live and Demo stock within the branch
Assist staff with queries and assist stores staff with overflow duties
Receiving and processing of stock orders for patients /staff
Receiving and checking of stock on arrival from supplier
Picking, packing, and dispatching of all orders that are to be send to customers, branches or suppliers via courier or delivery
Placing all pick and pack requests on Sales order
Invoicing of all picked and packed items prior to dispatch
Counting and submission of monthly stock take
Resolving variances on stock variances
Daily reconciliation of stock signed out of the storeroom
Uploading of PODs and completing sales opportunities daily for all departments
Assisting all storeroom assistants when necessary
Covering the position of all storeroom assistants when they are on leave or absent following the same procedure they do
Co-ordinating and actioning Stock deliveries to patients, sleep laboratories and hospital
Quality control of all incoming stock in accordance with the Quality control documentation
