Advises, strategizes and supports clients create customer-led value through the development and delivery of a clear customer strategy, growing and managing their customer base for sustainable long-term growth and by developing customer experiences that get it right for every customer every time. Has expertise in areas across the customer domain; product, marketing, sales, commerce and service.
