We are seeking experienced and flexible Supply Teachers to work in various primary schools in Maidstone. The successful candidates will be responsible for covering classes, delivering high-quality teaching and learning activities in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Responsibilities:

• To deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning activities to primary school students
• To maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes the children's well-being and academic success
• To manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• To provide feedback to regular teachers and school leaders on students' progress and behaviour
• To ensure that all students are able to access the learning activities and make progress in line with their abilities
• To follow the school's policies and procedures and adhere to the Code of Conduct

Person Specification:

• Hold a QTS
• Good understanding of the National Curriculum and teaching standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and with different age groups
• A commitment to the students' well-being and academic success
