- Optimizing the performance of Catching Teams;
- Handling all the equipment, safety requirements and time sheets;
- Supplying the factory with a high standard of quality broilers;
- Liaising with all sections involved with the Catching Team.
- A Matric Qualification;
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Agriculture will be an advantage;
- 2 years relevant experience;
- Willing to work flexi hours and under pressure;
- Self-motivated and have excellent people skills, Communication skills and Planning skills.
