JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for Supply Chain operations for External Manufacturing and Supply.
- Ensure correct production output with regards to markets demand
- Sites in adherence to quality and HSE guidelines / standards and adherence to internal control tool kit.
Demand management & planning
- Ensure reliable markets demand and highlight major change
- Challenge market demand and reach a detail understanding of underlying effects
- Plan the monthly requirements of the product at external sites, both short and long term
- Prioritize according to capacity and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Maintain out of stock valuation projection, identify risk, and built mitigation plan
- Reach out of stock target
- Plan Production Schedule required being in alignment with three months fixed plan and three months rolling plan & make the product available within stipulated time period to marketing based on the forecast received from Market supply chain
- Leverage relevant tools (Kinaxis, SAP, or other) to support activities and ensure reliable operational data.
- Maintain system master data, including creation of references, and bill of materials
- Ensure toll items ordering, supplier follow up, importation, and custom clearance.
- Ensure finished goods deliveries documentation issuance.
- Implement appropriate SLA with all stakeholders and monitor performance.
- Define supply chain parameters end to end (MOQ, LT, RSL)
- Ensure alignment of Supply parameters with market coverage target and inventory valuation target
- Ensure on timely renewal of Supply agreements of external manufacturing sites
- Provide support for introduction of new products from the external Sites
- Follow artwork changes and minimize destruction cost
- Coordinate with Internal teams to work on COGs improvement.
- Provide support to IA controlling for the budgetary processes
- Coordinate with Internal & External team stake holders for Business requirements
- Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company
- Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.
- Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor or postgraduate in Science/Pharmacy, chemical tech.; Dip. in Management, Project Management for Health Industry (Supply Chain and Industrial Affairs) Engineering or other master
- 5 years experience; knowledge of process, cross functional team leadership at pharmaceutical company; experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
- Logical, analytical and planning skills, ability to take timely decisions and actions.
- Good command over excel, SAP knowledge desirable
- Capacity to lead cross functional teams, organisational capabilities, understanding of pharmaceutical market, work in international environment
